Your legal knowledge combined with your management qualities enables you to direct, supervise, and motivate a small legal team. Your day starts with a short stand-up with the team. Today you are conducting three intake interviews with entrepreneurs. This is interesting, as it includes an intake for a complex SaaS contract. Furthermore, you see that today you will be drafting a commission agreement for a training agency and reviewing a lease agreement for a healthcare institution. You will be working in a small team with 5 colleagues. Together, you ensure that entrepreneurs receive sound legal support. You do this in plain language.
