It shows: company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, address, directors, power of representation, and activities. Four types of extracts

3. Certified extract (€ 15)
Certified by the Chamber of Commerce — additional evidential value for formal proceedings. Often required by banks when opening an account.

For international relations — English translation of the extract. For some countries this suffices, for others an additional apostille is required.

Validity
