It shows: company name, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, address, directors, power of representation, and activities. Four types of extracts
1. Standard extract (€ 7.50)

3. Certified extract (€ 15)
Certified by the Chamber of Commerce — additional evidential value for formal proceedings. Often required by banks when opening an account.
4. English version (€ 15)
For international relations — English translation of the extract. For some countries this suffices, for others an additional apostille is required.

Validity
The Chamber of Commerce extract itself is valid indefinitely — the application date is stated on it. But many customers demand:
- Bank: maximum 30 days old.
- Notary: no older than 30 days.
- Some international: 14 days.
